Annual Conference
November 8-11, 2026 LocationThe Annual Conference will be held at Houston’s beautiful Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks, with primary events taking place at the Westin Galleria. The venue offers convenient access to dining and shopping, as it is connected to the Galleria Mall. Hotel Accommodations A block of rooms will be available at both the Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks. The discounted group rate of $199 per night will be offered at each property. Hotel reservations will open when registration opens. Registration Regular registration will be open on Monday, July 27 and continue through Friday, September 25, 2026. Late registration will begin on Saturday, September 26, 2026. See the fee schedule below for the schedule of registration fees.
