Closing Keynote Speaker

Bobby Lothringer, Executive Director of Enrollment Services & University Registrar, Southern Methodist University

Title: “Goodyear Stores, Cotton Fields, & TACRAO: Unexpected Leadership Lessons”

Leadership training often involves formal methods—books, workshops, and professional development. However, the most profound leadership lessons frequently come from unexpected sources and everyday experiences. In this closing keynote, you will hear how some unconventional experiences—from growing up in a Goodyear store to laboring in cotton fields and engaging with TACRAO—can impart invaluable leadership insights.

Through some old-fashioned storytelling, discover how these seemingly ordinary experiences offer powerful lessons in how to foster a work environment that values the individual and the team. See how the most unlikely of settings can shape and enhance your leadership journey, and gain fresh perspectives on applying these lessons in your own life and career.
